I am currently doing research with the Computational Clinical Imaging Group at the Champalimaud Foundation, working on developing novel diagnostic tools for prostate cancer diagnosis using mpMRI as part of the ProCAncer-I consortium.

Previously, I did my PhD on the evolution and morphology of blood cells at the EMBL-EBI and the Cambridge University with Moritz Gerstung and George Vassiliou, and my Master’s thesis on protein binding prediction with Irina Moreira’s Data-Driven Molecular Design group.

In my free time I do some music production, talk about politics and science, and work on some coding projects usually related with data visualization and society.
